Weather Conditions and Cancellations

Our boat tours are subject to weather conditions on the scheduled tour date. In case of adverse weather, we will offer guests two options:

A full refund of the booking amount
The opportunity to reschedule the tourbased on the availability of our boats.

The decision to cancel or proceed with the tour is made by our experienced skippers, who rely on years of navigational expertise to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Guests are allowed to cancel their boat tour for any reason up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Changes and Rescheduling

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your tour date to check availability and rebook your experience.
